What to know before you share information.

This policy explains how Apex Imaging Partners LLC may handle information from healthcare facilities, imaging technologists, and other website visitors.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through this website, its facility staffing request, its technologist application, and related communications with Apex Imaging Partners LLC (“Apex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). A separate written agreement may govern information handled during a specific staffing engagement or assignment.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the site, information may include:

  • Contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, organization, and job title.
  • Facility request information, such as location, care setting, modality, shift, requested start date, duration, staffing quantity, experience requirements, and operational details.
  • Technologist application information, such as modality, years of experience, credentials, availability, location and shift preferences, comments, and information contained in a résumé you choose to provide.
  • Communications and choices, including messages, follow-up correspondence, and form confirmations or consent selections.
  • Technical information, which may include IP address, device and browser information, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times, and security or performance logs collected by the site or its service providers.

Do not submit protected health information.

Facility requests must not contain patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, clinical records, or other protected health information. Applicants should not include patient information or sensitive clinical details in applications, résumés, comments, or emails.

3. How information may be used

Apex may use information to:

  • Respond to staffing requests, applications, questions, and other communications.
  • Understand facility requirements and evaluate potential alignment with available technologists.
  • Understand a technologist’s experience, credentials, preferences, and availability and discuss relevant opportunities.
  • Coordinate interviews, submissions, credentialing, onboarding, or other requested staffing and recruiting steps.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and forms.
  • Maintain appropriate business records, protect rights and safety, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable obligations.

Providing an application or staffing request does not guarantee an assignment, placement, candidate presentation, or other outcome.

4. How information may be disclosed

Information may be disclosed as reasonably needed:

  • To Wix and other providers that support website hosting, forms, email, data storage, security, analytics, or related operations.
  • To a healthcare facility when a technologist has approved moving forward with a specific opportunity.
  • To professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or address a legal matter.
  • In connection with a possible or completed business reorganization, financing, sale, merger, or transfer, subject to applicable requirements.

Service providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Apex may also disclose information when you direct or authorize it to do so.

5. Cookies and similar technology

This site and its providers may use cookies or similar technology for essential site operation, security, preferences, performance, and analytics. Browser settings may let you block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect site functionality.

You may ask Apex to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask that Apex stop contacting you about opportunities. This website’s staffing and application services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. Please do not submit personal information about a child through these forms.
