Our approach
Apex works to make its website and application process usable by people with different abilities, devices, and ways of navigating. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and some content, technology, or third-party services may not work equally well for every person or assistive technology.
Website features
The website includes features intended to support access, such as:
- Semantic page structure and heading order.
- Keyboard focus indicators and a skip-to-content link.
- Labels, instructions, required-field indicators, and status messages for forms.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Responsive layouts intended to work across common screen sizes.
These features do not guarantee that every page or third-party function will be free of accessibility barriers.

If you cannot access information, complete a form, or use a feature, contact Apex and identify the page or task, the barrier you encountered, and a preferred way to receive the information.
